The Background:

Adarsh Group, one of the top realty names in Bengaluru, with over 35 years of expertise in the gated communities, villas, luxury homes segment was launching a project Off Sarjapur Road. The residential project’s prime advantage was its location, as it was accessible from the 3 major IT hubs of Bengaluru – Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Electronic City.

The Challenge:

Though the location was excellent, and the price was competitive in comparison to what the competition was offering in the vicinity, the challenge was to liquidate majority of the inventory during the launch phase through effective marketing communication.

The Approach: 

Since the project’s USP was its location, we decided to make it the campaign’s hero. We did it in a playful and fresh way, by connecting the location advantage to the game Tic-tac-toe. We streamlined the thought and made the execution and copy easy to understand.

The Result: 

The promotional campaign worked wonders for the client, as the project’s Phase 1 was sold-out within four months of the launch. Clearly, the outcome was overwhelming. And the client was elated with the result. What’s more, the promotional campaign was honored with the ‘Best Real Estate Marketing Campaign’ award at the prestigious Times Business Awards, Bengaluru 2023.
