THE BRAND: Nanded City – a 700 acres mega residential township in Pune.
THE TASK:
A 360 degree integrated marketing communication including brand logo, corporate identity, website, brand launch campaign and various ATL& BTL activities.
BACKGROUND:
A mega township project of 2 – 3 BHK apartments spread across 700 acres at a lesser known location – Singhagad Road.
THE CHALLENGE:
The project location “Singhagad Road” was not that popular as compared to other well-known locations like Hinjewadi, Magarpatta etc.
OUR THINKING:
Mind-set of the target consumer needs to be changed about the project location.
OUR PROPOSITION:
The brand location’s inherent strength, viz. 700 acres was amplified and positioned as a new changing face of Singhagad Road.

Our campaign received press media coverage for the unique approach. The transformation was shown in a positive light using greenery & Mother Nature asa positive catalyst of change for the better.
RESULT:
It isn’t creative unless it sells. This campaign did not just sell, it was overwhelming. More than 1000 enquiries on the launch, delivered 7000 apartments across 95 towers. 6 neighbourhoods yet to come.
