Adarsh Group, one of the top realty names in Bengaluru, with over 35 years of expertise in the gated communities, villas, luxury homes segment was launching an elite project in one of the most prestigious, and sought-after areas in Bengaluru – JP Nagar. And, the project name was Adarsh Stratuss.
Though the ultra-luxurious project was coming up in a prime locale of Garden City, it was quite expensive.
Most importantly, it was a limited 3 BHK ultra-luxury condo and not an independent home that one would buy for the price.
The project’s USP was the solo tower’s height. Adarsh Stratuss was a 30 storied, high-rise, building offering
grand views of the city, and was also one of the tallest buildings of South Bengaluru. Hence, we decided to make
the building’s height the communication’s highlight. Hence, our campaign’s main caption was ‘Rise Above All’,
which was well-complemented by a family enjoying their time in the balcony, way above the ground, visual.
A TOI jacket ad over the weekend, complemented by some online promotion resulted in overwhelming walk-ins, with a pretty
good conversion rate, within a short period. Clearly, the outcome was a success story. And the client was elated with the result.
