Raising Awareness About Child Sexual Abuse
The Background :
As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), Tempest Advertising organised a Workshop on Child Sexual Abuse – Awareness and Prevention on World Parents’ Day. This session was hosted by a Clinical Psychologist and Trainer – Sailaja Pillutla.
Aim :
The main purpose behind conducting this workshop was to educate our teammates and the attendees about the gravity of Child Sexual Abuse in India and inform them about all the preventive measures and helplines they can use.
Execution :
This campaign was given a captivating title ‘A Secret Your Child Never Told You’ to make the parents curious. All the creatives of this campaign were kept black and white which grabbed a lot of eyeballs.
Outcome :
The social media creatives of this campaign featured alarming statistics about Child Sexual Abuse which persuaded the readers to visit our website and register for the workshop. Several posters were placed throughout our office complex and our team members actively promoted the session in and around our office premises, which resulted in a lot of registrations.
Results :
The workshop saw active participation from all our teammates and several other residents from our office complex. Apart from this, the social media posts of this campaign received overwhelming positive feedback and poured in a lot of support for the initiative. This campaign reached 31,053 accounts on Instagram, received 34,275 impressions, and 7,796 post engagements. Several media houses including Eenadu and Andhra Prabha published about this initiative which amplified the impact of this workshop and enabled us to Make A Difference in the society
