The Executive Creative Director – Art leads the visual creative direction for the agency. This role requires visionary thinking, excellence in design, and the ability to inspire and guide creative teams to produce award-winning, impactful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

• Lead the overall visual and aesthetic direction of creative work across all clients.

• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

• Provide hands-on art direction for key campaigns and pitches.

• Mentor and guide creative teams, including art directors, designers, and visualizers.

• Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.

• Push boundaries in design, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.

• Represent the creative team in client meetings and pitches when needed.

• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

• 12+ years of experience in art direction and design, preferably in advertising or branding agencies.

• A standout portfolio demonstrating strong art direction across various media.

• Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

• Experience leading and growing creative teams.

• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
