About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling advertising and branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client needs and brief the internal creative/digital teams accordingly.

Prepare and present pitch decks and business proposals.

Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in an ad agency, digital marketing, or branding firm.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong networking abilities and a go-getter attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
