Now, we’re looking to bring on board a Senior Art Director, a creative thinker, team leader, and problem solver rolled into one. Someone who thrives in a collaborative space and can independently manage multiple brands and clients, while inspiring the team with clarity and vision.

• Leading concept development and design direction across integrated brand campaigns

• Mentoring junior art talent and guiding design teams with feedback and vision

• Partnering closely with copywriters, strategy leads, and account managers to develop compelling creative solutions

• Overseeing multiple client portfolios, managing timelines, expectations, and creative consistency

• Taking complete ownership from idea to execution across digital, print, and experiential platforms

• Presenting concepts to clients with confidence, clarity, and conviction

• Staying ahead of design trends to keep the creative sharp, current, and industry-relevant

• 5–8 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency, with proven team and project leadership

• A strong portfolio that showcases not just design, but campaign thinking and brand-building ability

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and an eye for detail, storytelling, and execution

• Strong understanding of communication strategy, brand identity, and multi-format campaign design

• The ability to balance hands-on creativity with high-level oversight

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
