What You’ll Do
As a Senior Client Servicing Associate, you will:

Independently manage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective communication and campaign strategies.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions with confidence and clarity.

Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Oversee project execution end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.

Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and contribute to revenue expansion.

Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring smooth workflow and team development.

Ensure strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.
What We Want
We are looking for someone who:

Has 3–5 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies).

Demonstrates strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.

Has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Is proactive, solution-driven, and takes ownership of work.

Has a good understanding of integrated marketing and digital campaigns.
