The Background:

Vaishnaoi Group, a prominent real estate builder in Hyderabad launched one of the most spacious villa projects Vaishnaoi Southwoods in Mamidipally, Shamshabad. The project redefines the concept of spacious living with 4&5 BHK spacious villas ranging from 300-500 sq. yards.

With only 260 villas in an expansive 43.29 acres, Southwoods provides a new meaning to exclusivity while being in the centre of all activity. In addition to the many differentiators, Vaishnaoi Southwoods also houses a 2-acre golf turf, making it one of the most sought-after projects in the city.

Challenge:

With the focus slowly shifting to the South of Hyderabad, several builders came up with new projects in the surrounding area. Most of the projects in the vicinity also offered villas making it a challenge for Vaishnaoi Southwoods to stand out.

The Approach:

One of the major USPs for Vaishnaoi Southwoods was its ample space which no other project offered. Leveraging this USP, we came up with a launch campaign on how the project offers ample space and spectacular amenities making it perfectly ‘SPACETACULAR’, a word we coined for the campaign.

Promoting the many offerings of the project and calling it the most ‘SPACETACULAR’ worked well for the project while also raising awareness and curiosity among many prospective buyers.

The approach included teasers on different mediums including mainline and digital, a 360-degree grand launch campaign with site branding communication, out-of-the-box three-page newspaper ads, social media communication, and launch event gifting and creatives, followed by a sustenance campaign that echoed the success of the grand launch.

Results :

The ‘SPACETACULAR’ campaign and a successful launch event garnered over 1000+ visitors to the project site and over 50+ bookings in just a few days after the launch.

The campaign creatively communicated the unique offerings of the project, its varied amenities, and its proximity to the airport, leading to driving interest and ultimately sales among the elite clientele seeking a spacious lifestyle while living close to the happening spots of the city.
