Plotting Success – Lead Generation Case Study of Green Boulders
Introduction:
Green Boulder is a sustainable plotting venture located in Kadthal, Hyderabad. They have units ranging from 300-700 sq. yards.
The challenge:
Since the location is 70 km from the heart of the city, generating leads was becoming difficult.
The solution:
First, we came up with the positioning ‘Invescape’ to address the major pain points of the Target audience. Invest + Escape to show them that this is a great opportunity.
Second, Using A/B testing we targeted people in Hyderabad, who were willing to fill our lead qualifying form which enquired about the size, amenities and pricing they preferred. This way we ensured high quality leads were generated.
The implementation:
The A/B testing was divided into product and emotional based creatives. Every month we would review the leads with the clients sales team to ensure we optimize the campaigns. We would refresh the creatives when they hit a frequency of 2 ensuring that the prospects always had fresh creatives to look at and stay engaged.
The results:
On an average, we generated a 27% month on month increase in terms of high-quality leads over a 5-month period.

Conclusion:
Generating high quality leads for a premium product like real estate is always a challenge online, however, with constant optimisation relevant lead quality forms and high quality creative we were able to generate leads.
