We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and self-driven Junior Art Director to join our creative team. If you have a strong visual sense, love turning ideas into immersive designs, and can confidently handle multiple client mandates, we’d like to meet you.

• Work with senior creatives to convert briefs into standout visual concepts

• Create original designs for campaigns across digital, print, social, and video platforms

• Bring fresh thinking to brand storytelling through layouts, typography, and visual language

• Maintain design consistency while pushing creative boundaries

• Work closely with copywriters, account teams, and art directors to execute integrated campaigns

• Keep pace with design trends and industry innovation to inspire your work

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality and creativity on time

• Contribute to ideation sessions and pitch creative solutions with confidence

• 2–5 years of design experience in a creative or advertising agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of commercial and conceptual work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• A solid grasp of branding, typography, color theory, and visual composition

• The ability to juggle deadlines, client expectations, and creative integrity

• Great communication and collaboration skills

• A proactive attitude and the confidence to take ownership of projects and clients
