Why We Are Doing This

An initiative for the most valuable gift we all have - HEALTH!

Did you know it takes only 21 days to acquire a good habit?

So this April we decided to start with WALKINg.

A 4 week Health Challenge, open to every Tempestian across all our branches.

  • Lose the elevator, walk up those stairs.
  • Take a walk in the nearby park.
  • Walk after a coffee break.

Because every step you take counts (literally)!

There are rewards for people for getting a good habit into their lives.
