• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

• Plan monthly social calendars and coordinate with the design and content teams to execute ideas

• Write engaging copy for captions, hashtags, and bios tailored to each platform

• Shoot and edit reels, stories, and other social content (basic editing is a plus)

• Monitor trends, meme culture, and platform updates to leverage in brand communication

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities

• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to measure success and areas of improvement

• Collaborate with influencers or partners for campaign execution

• Stay updated on competitor activity and provide suggestions for innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other reel/video editing tools

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

• A portfolio of past work (accounts managed, reels created, or campaigns run) is a bonus

• Photography/videography skills

• Knowledge of paid social media advertising

• Experience in influencer marketing
