• Share job-related details, feedback, and approvals clearly via email and internal communication channels.

• Support senior servicing team members in campaign planning, presentations, and client meetings.

• Manage day-to-day client communication including emails, calls, and coordination updates.

• Ensure accuracy in deliverables including brand guidelines, specifications, and basic compliance details.

• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.

• Has 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Understands agency workflows, creative processes, and turnaround expectations.

• Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Can handle pressure, follow timelines, and maintain clarity in communication.

• Is open to feedback and eager to learn from senior team members.

• Demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and accountability in daily work.
