Role Overview
The Client Growth Lead is responsible for driving brand and business growth by ensuring clarity, alignment, and relevance at the very start of every engagement. This role goes beyond servicing—it acts as a strategic bridge between client ambition and creative execution.
In a fast-moving, execution-heavy environment, the Client Growth Lead safeguards thinking quality, ensuring teams move forward with focus, shared understanding, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities

Own and nurture client relationships as a trusted brand partner.

Interpret business challenges and translate them into clear, inspiring creative briefs.

Decode briefs by identifying core business intent, audience context, and hidden assumptions.

Align internal teams before execution begins to avoid rework and dilution.

Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, content, and on-ground platforms.

Identify organic growth opportunities across brands and categories.

Present ideas, rationale, and outcomes with confidence and clarity.

Maintain control over timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.

Experience & Background
