To match the project’s stature, Sumadhura envisioned a world-class Customer Experience Center (CEC) that would set a new benchmark in luxury real estate experiences..
Challenge:
To create a differentiated, immersive, and premium discovery experience that translates the project’s luxury promise into a tangible journey – well before construction. The challenge was to design a space that conveys the brand’s credibility, philosophy, scale, and vision while enabling potential buyers to emotionally connect with the project. Additionally, the CEC needed a high-profile launch event capable of engaging elite prospects, press, and influencers.

Tempest Advertising in partnership with Sumadhura conceptualized, designed, and crafted a seamless “Palais Royale Journey” inside the CEC – transforming it into a multi-sensory storytelling environment that guided visitors through the brand’s legacy, philosophy, purpose, and vision. The experience seamlessly blended immersive digital zones, high-fidelity project showcases, and a fully designed mock-up residence, all curated to embody the timeless luxury that defines Palais Royale. Tempest also developed the complete launch identity, communication design, and event narrative for Hyderabad’s first-ever branded clubhouse, part of Palais Royale, further amplifying the brand’s presence
Results:
The exclusive launch event attracted over 500 elite attendees, including high-net-worth buyers, influencers, and major media houses, firmly establishing the CEC as a new benchmark for luxury sales environments in Hyderabad. The immersive, narrative-led experience elevated Sumadhura’s brand stature in the ultra-prime segment and significantly strengthened buyer confidence and interest, positioning Palais Royale as one of the city’s most aspirational luxury developments.
