Inauguration of the school by the Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.<\/p>\n

Our Role:<\/h5>\n

Tempest was appointed to manage and co-ordinate the entire event, which included the following aspects:<\/p>\n

Collateral:<\/h5>\n

All event collateral from invitation cards to venue set-up was designed by us.<\/p>\n

Invitation Management:<\/h5>\n

Assisted ISB in short-listing the invitees. Being a new school, we had to generate an invitee list using CII, FICCI and other lists.<\/p>\n

Guest Management:<\/h5>\n

All guests had to be received at the airport and sent to their designated hotels or to the venue itself. Help desks were set up at the Airport, Hotels and at the venue to manage the guests at the time of arrival
\nand departure.<\/p>\n

Co-ordination:<\/h5>\n

with PM’s Office, PM’s Security, AP Police and other concerned departments. Tempest served as a single \tpoint of co-ordination on behalf of ISB with all external agencies.<\/p>\n

Venue Set-up and Management :<\/h5>\n

With the PM’s security being paramount, venue management involved co-ordination with the PM’s Security, AP Police and ISB’s own security team. Being a very high profile event with the who’s who of the Indian industry being present, it was a delicate task to manage the senior professionals without hurting anybody’s prestige.<\/p>\n

Unique Need:<\/h5>\n

Shri Vajpayee has the habit of polishing his own shoes. This requirement was told to us 30Mins before his arrival. A shoe polishing kit was organized in 20 minutes. Even though this requirement was not major, it was an experience to remember!<\/p>\n

\nWe have also had the unique privilege of managing the visit of Prime Minister Shri Deve Gouda (dedication of Shri Shakti LPG’s plant to the nation) and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (launch of Hepatitis B vaccine from Bharat Biotech.
