THE TASK:<\/h5>\n

A 360 degree integrated marketing communication including brand logo, corporate identity, website, brand launch campaign and various ATL& BTL activities.<\/p>\n

BACKGROUND:<\/h5>\n

A mega township project of 2 \u2013 3 BHK apartments spread across 700 acres at a lesser known location – Singhagad Road.<\/p>\n

THE CHALLENGE:<\/h5>\n

The project location “Singhagad Road” was not that popular as compared to other well-known locations like Hinjewadi, Magarpatta etc.<\/p>\n

OUR THINKING:<\/h5>\n

Mind-set of the target consumer needs to be changed about the project location.<\/p>\n

OUR PROPOSITION:<\/h5>\n

The brand location’s inherent strength, viz. 700 acres was amplified and positioned as a new changing face of Singhagad Road. <\/p>\n

Our campaign received press media coverage for the unique approach. The transformation was shown in a positive light using greenery & Mother Nature asa positive catalyst of change for the better. <\/p>\n
