The residential project\u2019s prime advantage was its location, as it was accessible from the 3 major IT hubs of Bengaluru &#8211; Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Electronic City. <\/p>\n<p><b>The Challenge:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Though the location was excellent, and the price was competitive in comparison to what the competition was offering in the vicinity, the challenge was to liquidate majority of the inventory during the launch phase through effective marketing communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Approach:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the project\u2019s USP was its location, we decided to make it the campaign\u2019s hero. We did it in a playful and fresh way, by connecting the location advantage to the game Tic-tac-toe. We streamlined the thought and made the execution and copy easy to understand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Result:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The promotional campaign worked wonders for the client, as the project\u2019s Phase 1 was sold-out within four months of the launch. Clearly, the outcome was overwhelming. And the client was elated with the result.
