| A post graduate in Clinical Psychology, she began her career at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in the field of Organizational Behaviour. During her association with IIMA, she worked on corporate as well as educational research projects for a period of four years.
She has also worked in the alternate education field and has travelled extensively across Europe to study the Woldorf system of education.
Besides Tempest, she offers her services as a faculty at Vallaki, the Waldorf Teachers Training Institute and is actively involved with NGOs in the education and child welfare field. |
